Checking a Gift Card Status

To check the status (available balance) of a gift card:
| 1. | Choose Gift Card Status from the Customer|Gift Card menu item or press Ctrl-G. |
| 2. | Scan, swipe or type in the Gift Card Number. |
| 3. | Press the Ok button or Enter. |
The gift card number, balance, issuing location, issuing ticket, date issued, issuing CustID will be displayed for the entered gift card.
