RetailEdge packages allows you to create packages with serialized and matrix items.  

 

Serialized Items. If you are selling serialized items with a package, just enter the item as you normally would.  RetailEdge will prompt you on the sales screen for the serial number when the item is added to the Sales Screen.  

 

Matrix Items. If you are selling matrix items and you want the package to prompt you for different matrix options, simply put the matrix parent stock number in the package (i.e., the matrix parent stock number for item SHIRT~GREEN~XL would be SHIRT).
