Inventory Merge Items.  Merges the sales history and inventory for two selected items.  Everything from the Old Stock Number gets merged into the New Stock Number.

 

Department : This will change all instances of one Department into another Department.  All of the items assigned to the Old Department will be assigned to the New Department.  You also have the option to update the Departments listed in the Sales History records.

 

Vendor : This will change all instances of one Vendor into another Vendor.  All of the items assigned to the Old Vendor will be assigned to the New Vendor.

 

Class : This will change all instances of one Class into another Class.  All of the items assigned to the Old Class will be assigned to the New Class.

 

Update Prices : This is a price updater wizard.  You will be presented with options to choose from to update prices with.  You can increase or decrease prices by a fixed amount or percent.  There are options to choose which price fields that you want to update.  This function will not update prices on PO lines for items that have been received or partially received.  Use this function with caution as you will be potentially affecting a large amount of data.  In a Recon environment, only preform this action once and allow time for syncing before preforming it again.
