Item reports are designed to show inventory item quantities, costs, retail prices, and margins.  Item reports will also show item information based on particular item types (i.e, case, aliases, package information, serial numbers, etc.).

 

•Items by Bin/Shelf

 

•Items by Category:  Category reports summarize information by the particular category chosen for the include/sort order (vendor, department, class, etc.).

 

•Item Detail - Grouped by Location

 

•Item Detail - Grouped by Stock Number

 

•Item Price Levels - Grouped by Location: Shows item price levels for all items grouped by location.

 

•Item Price Levels - Grouped by Stock Number: Shows item price levels for all items grouped by stock number.

•Inventory - Pre-Purge List:

 

•Item Availability:

 

•Addons:

 

•Aliases:

 

•Cases: Shows all items associated with a particular case item.

 

•Packages:

 

•Physical with Retail Price: Used when doing physical inventories.  Provides a space to write in correct inventory quantities.

 

•Price List with Costs: Shows all items costs (average) and on hand quantities. Provides a space to write in correct inventory quantities.

 

•Price List: Shows all items Price 1 and on hand quantities.

 

•Price List (PO Pricing): Shows the greater of Price 1 and on order (Purchase Order) prices.  Used for businesses that have large pre-seasons orders and need list that show price increases.

 

•Price List with Unit Costs: Shows all items costs (average) and on hand quantities but does not multiply costs by the inventory quantity. Provides a space to write in correct inventory quantities.

 

•Quantity Edits:

 

•Serial Numbers:

 

•Weight - Export Weight List. Shows items that have values in the Inventory Export Weight field.  Useful for identifying items that are being used in a web or shipping export.
