Modifying and Adding To Vendor Activity

To modify and add to vendor activity:

 

From the Vendor Manager

 

1.Open the Vendor Manager by selecting Vendor Manager from the Inventory | Vendor menu item.

 

2.Find and select the vendor you want to add activity to.

 

3.Press the Activity tab for the vendor.

 

4.Select the activity you want to modify and press the Modify Activity button.

 

5.Press the Add Note or select an existing note and press the Edit Note button

 

6.Fill in or modify the Contact (who you spoke with), select the Clerk responsible for the activity and any type any Notes about the activity.

 

7.Press the Save button.

 

8.Make any changes to the Activity if you need to.

 

9.When you are finished press the Save button.

 

From the ToDo Activity Manager

 

1.Select ToDo Activity Manager from the Tools menu or Activity History from the Inventory | Vendor menu item.

 

2.Select Vendor Activity from the drop down box at the top of the Manager.

 

3.Select the activity you want to modify and press the Modify button.  You can filter the activities by Date Range, Status or Clerk.

 

4.Press the Add Note or select an existing note and press the Edit Note button.

 

5.Fill in or modify the Contact (who you spoke with), select the Clerk responsible for the activity and any type any Notes about the activity.

 

6.Press the Save button.

 

7.Make any changes to the Activity (Status or Activity Date) if you need to.

 

8.When you are finished press the Save button.
