To modify and add to vendor activity:
From the Vendor Manager
1. | Open the Vendor Manager by selecting Vendor Manager from the Inventory | Vendor menu item. |
2. | Find and select the vendor you want to add activity to. |
3. | Press the Activity tab for the vendor. |
4. | Select the activity you want to modify and press the Modify Activity button. |
5. | Press the Add Note or select an existing note and press the Edit Note button |
6. | Fill in or modify the Contact (who you spoke with), select the Clerk responsible for the activity and any type any Notes about the activity. |
7. | Press the Save button. |
8. | Make any changes to the Activity if you need to. |
9. | When you are finished press the Save button. |
From the ToDo Activity Manager
1. | Select ToDo Activity Manager from the Tools menu or Activity History from the Inventory | Vendor menu item. |
2. | Select Vendor Activity from the drop down box at the top of the Manager. |
3. | Select the activity you want to modify and press the Modify button. You can filter the activities by Date Range, Status or Clerk. |
4. | Press the Add Note or select an existing note and press the Edit Note button. |
5. | Fill in or modify the Contact (who you spoke with), select the Clerk responsible for the activity and any type any Notes about the activity. |
6. | Press the Save button. |
7. | Make any changes to the Activity (Status or Activity Date) if you need to. |
8. | When you are finished press the Save button. |
