Hi Vanessa. Is the Star TSP 100 printing receipts? If so please check the Cash Drawer cable connection from the printer to the Cash Drawer. Once you verify the connection please check your RetailEdge Workstation Settings for Cash Drawer and verify that it is set to Driven by Receipt Printer. -

Unfortunately using the export import process does not support the deletion of items. What you can do though is use the Inventory Purge Functionality in the program. Select Tools | Purge | Inventory | Inventory Items. You can then use the filters to hit the vendor that you are looking to remove. You... -

I would recommend trying the Inventory Sell Through report. You can find that by selecting Reports | Inventory | Items | Compound | Inventory Sell Through. I believe this will give you the information that you are looking for. -

There use to be an issue with the Length of the Receipt printer name in the Workstation settings. This has since been fixed sing RetailEdge Version 8.2.47. When I go to settings and check the LAN info on the island it still is saying .29, not .27 I thought that changing it in workstations would upate it here.
