    PO notes Tab Suggestion

    by glowfish » Sat Aug 19, 2017 1:58 pm

    Hello
I rarely add notes to a PO but when I do, is there a way for the tab to change color or have a symbol on it so my employees know to check notes. I might leave 1 in 100 so it isn't something they will be in the habit of checking. If it is highlighted then they would know.
    Thanks
    Vanessa

We will add it to the suggestion list. Would a line color change work? Are these Store Notes or Vendor Notes?

    Let us know more.

They are notes for us. Not sure what you mean by line color, for instance a green PO would mean there is a note? If so, yeah that would be cool. Then I would know to check it or tweak it when the items actually come in. Usually this is because of quantity changes or pricing or needing to add UPC codes.
    THank you!

Any news on color changing the PO line?
I am thinking a rule that I could set such as:
    fully received=red
    partially received=blue
    open over 4 months=orange

Thank you and have a great weekend!
