Good morning everyone. how many times has this happened to you? You start your system in the morning, start RetailEdge and see the screen below:
While I can't answer why this happens, I can tell you how to get it back up and running with this easy 4-step process:
From Start search or Cortana, type in
services.
Right click on the Services desktop app and select
Run as Administrator
Scroll to the
RetailEdge_Server service and
left click.
Select
Start from the left
You should now be able to start RetailEdge.
