is there an odbc driver avaialable for the tables?

I'm interested in the possibility of writing custom reports, and I want to try to integrate a web-based class scheduling system into RetailEdge.

Are the data tables available, if only read-only? And, what kind of database is used?

RetailEdge uses a database engine called DBISAM from a company called Elevate Software.

It is possible to get read-only access to our tables. In order to do so, you would have to purchase an ODBC driver from Elevate Software. That said, with this driver you would be able to read RetailEdge data and use it in your own reports and/or in your own custom applications.

The current DBISAM version is 4.2x.
