I received the error message below when trying to convert from 7.5 to 8.0:

ERROR: "Convert_Win: Update Matrix Definitions."

I had the same error message earlier today when trying to convert and I called Rudi to help me through it. He had me verify tables in the 7.5 version (which came up with no errors) and we then rebuilt the MatrixDef db in RECAP32. I tried to verify tables again a few minutes ago after getting this error message a second time but it came up with no errors again. Unfortunately that didn't seem to fix it, what would be our next step in fixing this problem? Thanks!

The next step might be to email us a 7.5 backup. Please email it to [email protected].

Once we have the backup, we'll check out the 7.5 matrix def tables and see if there is something going on. That'll let us know what direction to head.

Follow-up:

MHO did send a backup. We found a problem with the 7.5 Matrix_Def table. We fixed the problem and the conversion went successfully.
