It would be nice for us if each day after we close our sales, but before we back up if we could automatically print customer statments.
Example: close all registers, post sales, THEN a pop up window would say print customer statments for today's transactions Y N. We could select yes and statments would print ready to mail.
We are doing a lot of house accounts, and most of our bigger accounts pay 30 days after they are billed. More frequent billing would mean we get our money faster.

Two questions:

By "customer statement" do you mean an actual house charge statement or do you mean an Invoice/Receipt?

I understand how this would help you print out your invoices but some customers might not like the "daily reminder" every time they close (especially if they do not do house charges at all).

How about another option such as a new report that could reprint house charge invoices for all sales through a range of dates. This "report" could be run any time, either before or after a close.

Can't you already run that report? Print them a statement and select the dates of which you want to send them?

There is a report that will print statements but there is not a report that will reprint receipts/invoices for a given range of dates (or other filter criteria).
