    New report idea.....

    by Jared » Fri Sep 14, 2007 4:17 pm

    Hello,

It would be great to see a report that could be run to find out which of your customers have not purchased from you in any period of time. This way we could mail out cards to them to try and get them to shop again. If there is currently a way of doing this please let me know.
I know you can see a customer's last action date and I would just like to apply that to a report that would show the customer's name and address so it could be exported and turned into a direct mail campaign.

    Thanks alot,

    Hmmm....

Thought this was already in a recent release. Apparently not. I will add it back into the suggestion list and we will see if we can get this into a future release.

Thanks a ton! This will hopefully generate us a lot more repeat business without having to send a mailout to every single customer in our database when we would rather just target specific people.
With over 5000 customers, its getting really expensive to send out stuff to everyone when you'd really just like to send things to certain customers.

    Thanks,
    Jared
