Minor Bug Fixes

1. When adding and deleting promotion codes, the dropdown box on the sales screen displayed improperly.
2. Customer Import Redi Viewer displayed 2 E-Mail Fields. Second E-Mail field changed to Tax Exempt Field.
3. Clerk Column on Sales Manager changed from displaying Clerk Name to Receipt Name.
