I counted all the physical inventory in my shop last weekend. In order to be sure my reconciliations will be correct, I need to account for items sold as Non-Entered Items and inventory not yet entered to RE8.0.

I've generated a report of all Non-Entered items, and I'm planning to create a PO to receive negative quantities of those items. I've also begun to create PO's for the inventory that I had not yet received into RE.

Is there a way for me to back-date these PO's to 12/31/2007?

I assume you are not referring to the specific dates that you can change on the PO (Ship Date, Order Date, Cancel Date and Payment Due Date). The only way to back date a POs actual date would be to set your system clock on your server to some other time and then create the PO. If you are going to do this, it should be done when no one else is working on RetailEdge and probably after you have closed for the night.

This is not that big a deal to do, but make a backup before you do it and remember to change the date back after you post the POs. (This is from experience. I don't know how many people have change the date on there system clock and not changed it back)
