I'm evaluating RetailEdge right now, and I'm not seeing a way to modify the labels. Specifically, we'd need our inventory labels to be modified. Am I missing something very obvious? It looks like the label files are some kind of binary files, so it doesn't look like they can be edited by a text editor.

There is no way for you to modify the labels. RetailEdge has a number of labels in the program already and you should take a look at these. If you don't see one you like, we can customize one for you. If the label is not too far off of ones that we already have we can usually do this for no charge. However, if you need one that is very specific to your business or is something that we don't think many people will have a need for, then there is usually a charge to do this.
