This update primarily changes the way Transfer Orders are un-deleted and inventory quantity adjustments are made. The following changes to the program have been made.
1. The transfer order editors now check to the transfer order to make sure that a change has not been made to the TO before un-posting. The program was allowing users to have multiple TO editors open and inadvertantly allowing the TO to be multiply un-posted.
2. Copying items from an Inventory Manager no longer allow copying of items to a posted Transfer Order. Transfer Orders must be un-posted before you can copy items to a TO.
3. Printing labels from the Receiving List and the Purchase Order Form List should now work properly. This problem was created by the ability to print labels by the list view sort order.
4. Sales Screen no longer allows selling of deleted items. Although this was a good feature and allowed a clerk to sell something that was inadvertently deleted if a customer came to the checkout with the item, it was causing confusion for some users who had purposefully deleted items.
5. Deleted Transfer Orders are now shown in red on the Transfer Order List.
6. Some customers were complaining of having too many sales screens open, especially when customers are recalling multiple sales. To turn the feature on, you need to add SalesCloseAfterPost=1 to the [User] section of the retailedge.ini file. For example:
[User]
SalesCloseAfterPost=1
7. Increased speed of zero inventory function from PICs.
8. Conversion from 7.5 matrix parents now are converted as Stock Items to allow future children items to be created as Stock Items.
9. We have put some stronger controls on the un-deletion of Transfer Orders. You can now only be un-delete a TO if it is totally unreceived. If there is a partial receiving or the TO is complete, you can view or print the TO or see what it is on it, but you can't un-delete it.
