I am wondering if there is an easy way to track which user receives a PO?

Other than turn security on and know who is allowed to do what or to run a report that tells you when a particular PO was received, no. RetailEdge has an Audit Log that tracks who is doing what in the program when. You are on a service plan so just call us and we can take a look behind the scenes to see who was doing the receiving for this PO (if you have clerk tracking turned on).
