I was wondering if there is a way to Purge old POs and/or old sales history?

No there is not a way to do this. All the purge utilities are in the Tools menu.

What is the concern? Performance, Too much data to manage?

There are so many POs to sift through, I thought it would help increase our efficiency if we could eliminate past years records. Also I thought It would help increase the performance. The searches through sales history can take quite awhile sometimes. We have the database archived and figured if we needed to get to any old info we would be able to restore it.
So yes, both performance and data management are what I'm after here.

You can always delete and undelete POs manually as I am sure you know. But no quick way to delete a bunch of them at one time. I have added these to the list.

Yeah I'm familiar with deleting & undeleting. I have to go through the deleted POs on a regular basis to check up on costing & receiving issues. It lists the deleted POs with the oldest ones at the top, Is there a way to reverse the sort so the most recent ones are at the top? I use the filters often to narrow down what Im looking for and that helps. I'm just constantly striving to increase the efficiency.
