Welcome to the RetailEdge Discussion Forums!

We hope the Discussion Forums will become a community-based part of our website and we look forward to having our customers participate in the forums.

We have two primary goals for the Discussion Forums. First, we want to provide another way to offer support to our RetailEdge users. The Discussions Forums, like email-based support, are free and they are available 24 hours a day.

Second, we want to provide a way for our RetailEdge customers to connect with each other and to build a self-sustaining user community. Customers will be able to post questions to the forums and other customers with shared experiences will be able to offer answers, solutions, and opinions of their own.

The Discussion Forums are new so this is all a work in progress. We look forward to your comments and hope to improve the Forums as we go along.
