Hello...Is there a way to add a customer to a sale once the sale is complete? We were able to do this in RE 7 and there are buttons on the sales manager for modify however they are dimmed.

Yes. You can change the customer associated with a sale by using the Sales Manager. To do so, find the sale in the Sales MGR, highlight the transaction, and then right click the sale. From the pop up menu, select Change Customer.

Thanks. So if it is a new customer that hasn't been in the db prior, I must add the customer via customer manager and then update the sale...correct?

Correct, the "target" customer must be in the customer list before adding the customer to a sale.
