Deleting Sales History

Is there a way to delete the sales history on Retail Edge? We are parting ways with a partner in one of our gyms and the PC and license for RetailEdge on it is his but we want to erase the sales history before he takes it. I have already backed it up, we just need to delete whats on the pc now.

There is no way currently for you to get rid of sales history in RetailEdge. Probably the best bet would be to call technical support and have them do it for you. This is a kind of invasive operation and RetailEdge's purges typically only delete information older than six months to a year. So even if there was a purge we would not be able to do what you are asking. In addition there are sales summary files we would probably need to get rid of as well. So better to call technical support. The whole operation should not take more than 15 minutes.
