House Charges not showing up at sales screen

In the past we were able to view house charges for a customer from the sales screen. What happened. Now I have to go to the Customer Manager in order to view this information.

Nothing has changed for quite awhile with the house charges. The customer's house charge balance is still displayed at the bottom of the sales screen (just below where the sales tax is displayed). This won't be displayed if you have security turned on and don't have permission to view it.

However you will still need to go to the Customer Manager, to Details about the customer's house charge history and payments towards the house charge balance are only displayed on the Customer Manager screen.

Let us know if there is something else going on.
