Is there a way to do a report of the sales journal for a specific time period and filter by a specific vendor, to show items sold on which day by that vendor. Example I want to know how many of each item I sold by vendor x on each day for a two week period.
I can do a sales journal and filter it by a date, but can not find a way to filter by vendor and or department.

We have gotten this request before but since a sales journal is a listing of all the sales by ticket with each item on the ticket, we thought a vendor filter on this type of report would be confusing at best and show inaccurate information at worst. (What sales totals for the ticket would you show for a ticket that just shows partial information?)

Anyway all of the other sales reports can be filtered by (Item Detail and Summary) date and vendor and so should allow you to see the sales for all items from a particular vendor for a two week period. The detail will actually list each item with a ticket to give you additional ticket information I think you are looking for.
