We just imported a 2,000 item REDI file into inventory for a new store. Everything looked good except all of the quantites are zero rather than our on-hand count that was in the file.
Can you please tell us how to get the quantities imported and avoid having to enter each manually?

That is correct. REDI inventory imports are really designed to import new items or make changes to existing items. If you want quantities, you should simply take your existing REDI file and make a CSV file from it with two columns, SKU and Quantity. Then import this file into the PICs file (Inventory PICS menu item).

You will then be able to either overwrite inventory quantities directly or you can add these to a Purchase Order or Receiving, depending on how you want to ultimately record these inventory quantity changes.
