I'm puzzled trying to understand where RetailEdge is coming up with an item price. I've attached 3 screen shots.

First Inventory. The item is priced at $0.63.

Here's the sales screen showing a price of $0.6283 then rounded to $0.63.

Same thing is being shown on the receipt.

How do I get RetailEdge to show the item as I've priced it in the inventory?

What you are seeing is item pricing going out to 4 places after the decimal. RetailEdge allows you to to take cost and pricing out to 4 places for a number of reasons but primarily it is to provide greater accuracy for discounts, packages and also VAT (Value Added Tax) calculations. A simple example would be on an item that you are selling normally at $1.26 and you have it discounted 30%. This would be a price of $0.76 (actually $0.756 rounded up). Now you sell 100. If you use the $0.76 that would be $76. But actually it should be $75.60. This may seem fairly limited but does rear its head up a lot.

I see that you have a discount applied to the item and so this might be contributing to the issue. If you sell the item straight with no discount what comes onto the sales screen? If you are seeing the same thing, this may be because RetailEdge has some pricing you don't see in the editor. Try reentering the price in the price 1 field and see what happens.
