    Most of our customers do not want a receipt, therefore we end up wasting lots of paper. Can the receipt be set up to prompt for printing?

    You can have RetailEdge prompt you for a receipt each time and so that you can choose to print a receipt or not.

    This can be set in the Workstations settings by choosing Workstations from the Tools|Setting menu in RetailEdge. Edit your workstation and then edit the receipt options.
