exporting reports

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the default folder that opens when I try and export any report? I think it's opened up into the same subfolder since we've been using the system. Folder was created AFTER installing retailedge.

RetailEdge should remember the last folder you exported a report to.

Try running a report, export the report to a different folder, close the report, close the program.

When you reopen RetailEdge and do it again it should be saving it to the last folder you used. If not let us know.

I tried that, and it's still only opening in the same folder that it always opens in. It is not remembering the last folder that I exported to.
