Is there a way to use the system to keep track of employee hours?
I was thinking they could have their own employee card with a bar code on it. When they came in they could click on a employee tool bar and scan their card...starting the clock. Then when they are ready to leave they could scan their card again. You would not want the numbers to be shown so employees wouldn't be able to put in other employee's ID #s. Then as a store owner you would be able to run a report that showed the hours for particular dates.
If this is already possible please let me know. If not, I hope it is something you would consider for your next update.

This is something we have considered for a long time. There are time clock programs that are out there for about $100 and do quite a bit. There are lots of features when it comes to time clock and so we are trying to decide how far we would take it. Some customers want check in/out and a few reports for their payroll people. Others want wages and salaries and exports to Quickbooks. Then there are State laws we might have to consider. So lots to consider. Thank you and we will make sure to add this to the pool of suggestions.
