Is there a way to include all credit and debit cards in the Credit Card Totals on the closing reports? Using Merchant Warehouse for processing, and they deposit all the cards together. Also when we process a pin debit it still pops the cash drawer even though it doesn't print a receipt, what setting do we need to change to stop this?

There is not currently a way to include the credit and debit together as totals on the closing. We will add it to the list. I am not sure what will ultimately happen since they are technically different and each processor does things a little different.

The cash drawer issue has been resolved in Version 8.2.36 and so this issue will be fixed when this version is released. The issue is actually a byproduct some changes that we needed to make for the Merchant Warehouse Genius device. Merchant Warehouse has a feature called BIN Smart. If a debit card processed as a credit card but it is less expensive for you (the merchant) to process it as Debit, the Genius device will automatically try to process it as PIN Debit to save you money. RetailEdge then has to be smart enough to change it to Debit as well before posting the sale. We needed to also change the way the drawer works in this instance as well.
