When we enter a item in receiving as a negative then go to update we get the message

"This matrix child item has been set to be removed from the parent (all dimensions set to "--None--"). Are you sure you want to remove this item from the matrix group?"

We were told in the past that receiving as a negative was recommended instead of just editing the inventory.

RetailEdge technical support contacted the customer and found that a specific data field was empty. Once filled out, issue was resolved.
