Strange cash back

Hello
I am using a $30 gift card on a 28.62 sale. It has a balance of 1.38. When I type 1.38 and hit cash, the cash options window pops up.
1st concern-cannot close the window. The red x doesn't work.
2nd concern-it is doubling the amount to return for some reason.

Duh. It looks like you just hit Post Partial Payment key. I thought before you use to have to key in the amount you were going to return.
I wish you could come hang out in the store for a few days. I bet I could learn so much! If you are ever in Detroit and need a place to stay you can pay in computer assistance.

We do offer training if you feel you need it. It is done in 15 minute increments and only costs $30/15 minutes. You can get a lot done in 15-30 minutes. It might be worth it to you. What most people do is just get the list together so we can just start ticking off the issues.
