Hello
I am using Mailchimp as my email service for doing mailings. I would like to invite my top 100 customers to an exclusive party but I have having a hell of a time creating the group...wait. Maybe I can export that list as an excel doc. I will try that and see. I was originally writing to see if more customer data could be included in the list I printed. I would like the emails to be printed as well. I did not see a function for this. If it is an option that would be great. Please let me know.

Yeah...I knew there was a reason why that wouldn't work. The email is not part of the list...duh...so importing it does nothing. Help. Right now it appears I am going to have to be arrowing between over 20 pages of emails.

I think you are on the right track but might have missed something:

1. Export your customer list but choose Customer - Sales Summary. (Tools|Export)
2. Select the filters you want for the export (e.g., particular vendor for exporting good customers who bought from a particular vendor, particular interest for customers who are interested in certain items, particular date range for sales dates, etc.)
3. Export the file as a CSV.

This will give you a list including e-mails and sales totals and profit totals. You can then sort this in excel and then grab only the top 50 or 100 customers.

You can then just highlight the information you want and import this into Mailchimp using their Excel Cut and Paste function. It's pretty easy and we do it all the time.
