Name of customer not showing up on Credit card slip

Hello
We used to have the name of the customer printed on the bottom of the credit card slip. Now it isn't there. Please let me know if there is a setting I can change to get it back on.

Did you change processors? We have seen with some integrations, this information is not available. Since we now are out of scope (meaning we never touch credit card data), we don't have this information unless the processor passes it back to us. To further complicate things we have the new EMV requirements and so there might be something going on with this as well.

I will check with programming and see if there is a solution.

Any news with programming?

I finally have some news. Not great but news.

This is an issue with Cayan and the encrypted swipe integration. If you hand key or use their Genius device you would see a cardholder name. However with the encryption they don't pass back the cardholder name to us and so we can't display it.

They are looking into adding it into this integration but no word on when or if it will be implemented.
