So I successfully created a matrix. YAY! This is really going to make reordering much easier. I wish I would have done this with other orders.
Now that I finished I printed the PO to work on an incoming order. It was totally unorganized, size and style were all over the place. It made checking the order very difficult. Is there a way to organize the items on a PO? Usually it would order by stock number but that isn't even working here. I'm confused as to the way the PO was generated from the matrix. I don't see any order to it.
Maybe I am missing something.

You will have to give us more information about this issue.

When purchase orders are created, the items are just appended to the bottom of the PO in the order in which they were created. If you adding items from a matrix parent item, the items will be added to the PO (3 dimensional matrix) by iterating through the matrix grid in the order of dimension number

So for instance, if you have a 3 dimensional grid of Waist (Dim1), Inseam (Dim2), Color(Dim3) for a pant item, you might see items on your PO populate as follows:

(Style Waist, Inseam, Color)
Pant 34 30 Blue
Pant 36 30 Blue
Pant 38 30 Blue
Pant 40 30 Blue
Pant 34 32 Blue
Pant 36 32 Blue
Pant 38 32 Blue
Pant 40 32 Blue
Pant 34 30 Black
Pant 36 30 Black
Pant 38 30 Black
Pant 40 30 Black
Etc.

You have the option to have your POs sorted by the order of entry as shown above or you can have it sorted by Stock Number alphabetically. So in this case you might want all your waists sizes to come together and so alphabetically might be a better option. To do this just edit your location settings (Tools|Settings|Locations) and on the Misc tab, select the PO/TO/Receive Sort order to be the way you want it.
