There is a security setting called "Delete line item" under Category "Register". Does this refer to removing an item from a sale?
Is there any way to track removal of an item from a sale? That is, the clerk scans several items and then removes something using the "Remove item" function on the sales screen.
The store previously used Liquor POS which provided an exception report to show removal of any item from a sale once it was on the sales ticket (prior to completing the sale).
We have a clerk who has been caught stealing by taking money from the customer, removing the items from the sale, and keeping the money.
