The calculator works very well. But it does not provide an "actual" deposit total that is prompted during the close. Unless I am missing something, to get the "actual" deposit total for the close, we would have to manually add the "actual" cash, check, and card totals to get this number. This is a nice to have if one is exporting the information to QuickBooks and the "actual deposit" discrepancy automatically ends up in an expense account. In the grand scheme of things, this is a pretty small issue.

The calculator is really designed to help people count the cash in the drawer. I will add your suggestion to the list to try and have something that allows you to better add up your cash drawer discrepancies for all media.
