Our goal with RetailEdge is to provide a point of sale software that is easy to use and does not require a large amount of training. However, we know that a little training can go a long way. Over the years we found many of our long time customers did not know that features were available in the program or how to properly use the functions they did know about.
This is why we include an hour of free training when you purchase RetailEdge. This is usually enough to get you going, to make sure your inventory is setup properly and that you know how to use all the powerful sales and reporting tools available to you.
Additional Training Services
If you need additional training after your initial hour, we can help you at any time. Whether you want a refresher on a feature you use only once a year (Physical Inventory Collection System) or help with a new program that you want to implement for your business like Loyalty or Gift programs, we can jump in and help.
While training may increase your overall system costs, training can increase employee efficiency and help you make the best use of the tools that RetailEdge provides. This can translate into savings down the line.
