To add serial numbers to items on the Sales Screen
| 1. | Add the serialized item to the sales screen |
| 2. | If the item has serial numbers associated with it, a serial number screen will automatically be displayed that shows the serial numbers available for that item. If the item does not have serial numbers already associated with it, press the Serial # button or F11 function key. |
| 3. | Press the Add button. |
| 4. | Enter a serial number for the item and select the location of the serial numbered item. |
| 5. | Continue to add serial numbers to the list in the same manner until you are finished. |
| 6. | Select the serial number(s) of the items you are selling. |
| 7. | Press the Ok button to add them to the sale. |
