Before performing sales with RetailEdge you should:
| 1. | Familiarize yourself with the RetailEdge Hot Keys. |
| 2. | Learn to use the keyboard's numeric keypad (located on the right hand side of most keyboards). |
| 3. | Learn to use the keyboard's directional keys (located between the QWERTY keyboard and the numeric keypad on most keyboards). |
| 2. | Learn the Windows accelerator keys. Most buttons have an underlined letter on them. Pressing Alt and the letter will press this button. |
This will make the sales process much faster and make your sales experience more enjoyable.
