Sometimes it can be helpful, to copy line items from an existing purchase order or move the existing line items to a new or existing purchase order.
To Move Lines or Copy Lines:
| 1. | Modify the purchase order you want to copy or move lines from. |
| 2. | Select the Items tab. |
| 3. | Select the items you want to copy or move (Ctrl-Click to select multiple items). |
| 4. | Press the Copy Line(s) or Move Line(s) button on the right hand side of the screen. |
| 5. | Fill in the appropriate fields for Creating a New PO or Adding to an Existing PO. |
6. Choose the Quantity options you want: Use Ordered or Use Balance (Ordered - Received) quantities. This will automatically fill in and adjust the quantities in the grid.
7. Choose Cost Options you want: Original PO Cost Values or Discounted PO Cost Values if you have discounted the PO through the Discounting a Purchase Order function.
| 8. | Press the Add to Existing PO or Create New PO button to perform the desired operation. |
Note: You can't move items with fully received quantities.
