Inventory > Packages > Creating Packages

To create a package:

1.	Choose Packages from the Inventory menu item.

2.	Press the Add button

3.	Type in a Package ID to be used to identify the package on the Sales Screen.

4.	Type in a Description for the package.

5.	Select a Pricing Model and Receipt Printing Model for the package.

6.	Press the Items tab.

7.	If you have chosen to Set Item Pricing Based on Package Price type in a Package Price.

8.	Press the Add button.

9.	Find the Item you are adding to the package and press the Ok button.

10.	Continue adding items until you are finished.

12.	Change the item's quantities if the quantities are greater than one.

13.	Change the order of the items in the package by pressing the Up and Down buttons.

14.	If you have chosen to Set Package Price Based on Item Pricing change the items' pricing in the Unit Price Column until you have created the desired package price.

15.	Press the Addons tab and add any desired package Addons (Optional).

16.	Press the Save button.

Note: In the right hand Information Panel RetailEdge will track package Cost, Profit and Margin to help you better determine the correct package price.
