RetailEdge can import and export data via CSV for many areas

 

When using Tools / Export or Tools / Import, you will see most of the exports or imports have the option to use CSV.

 

While preforming an import, you will be prompted with a confirmation box to continue the import.  It is strongly recommended to make a backup of your data before preforming imports that may affect live data.
