After using a data table for a period of time, it can be useful to optimize the table. Optimizing a table will remove free space from a table and organize the data more efficiently. This can speed up the time it takes to view tables and run reports.
| 1. | Choose Verify Tables from the Tools menu item. |
| 2. | Press Ctrl-Shift-O. |
| 3. | Select the table or tables in the list by pressing Shift and then selecting the table. |
| 4. | Press the Ok button. |
Note: You should make a RetailEdge backup if possible before rebuilding any tables.
