PICS options can be found in the following place.

 

1.Click the text menu Inventory at the top of the screen.

 

2.Click PICS

 

There are several options to choose from.

 

•Edit - This is where you can manually add, remove, or modify the items in your PICS list.  You can also search and filter to find items that have been placed on the list.

 

•Import - This is where you import data into PICS from a csv text file.  The file can be created by a Portable Data Collector or a spreadsheet software such as Excel.

 

•Update - This is where you would move the data that is currently in the PICS list to another place in the program.  Data can be moved to several places including: TO, PO, Receiving, Sales, Inventory, or Wish List.  After the data is moved or updated to another location, the PICS list is cleared. •Zero Inventory - This is where you would set the quantity of items to zero based on a set of criteria.  More details are available at Zeroing Out Inventory.

 

•Empty PICS - This is where you can easily clear out all items currently on the PICS list.
