To purge credit card from RetailEdge choose Credit Card Data from the Tools|Purge menu item.  This will then walk you through purging any credit card information stored in RetailEdge's customer or transaction data.  Although we store this information in a secure manner, it is good practice to remove this information when it is no longer needed.  If you are no longer interested in storing credit card data and are using legacy credit card processing solutions you can turn off the ability to store this data in the future by editing this setting on the Security tab on the Location Editor.   Note that new out of scope processing options no longer allow storing of this information as it is using a more secure tokenization method so that no credit card data is being stored on your system.
