You can check the status of the Island synchronization at any time with either the RECON Log Viewer Utility or the RetailEdge Island Log Viewer.

 

From the Island Workstation

 

To check the synchronization from a particular Island workstation:

 

 

 

This will display a log of all the synchronizations that have occurred from the Island.

 

From the Store

 

To check the synchronization of any Island workstations from the store, open the Recon Log Viewer utility program.  This utility is located on the computer the Island is synchronizing with and is usually found in the c:\program files\high meadow business solutions\recon 4 folder.  This will let you see all RetailEdge Islands and also the main store's RetailEdge database synchronizing with the master database.
