Saving and Recalling a Sale

Save a Sale
To save a sale, just enter the sale items on the Sales Screen and press the Save Sale button or F10 function key. RetailEdge will then save the customer (if there is one associated with the sale), item and discount information.
It is useful to save sales if:
1. | A customer wants to shop for additional items during a sale, or |
2. | You want to provide a Sales Quote to a customer. |
Recall a Sale
To recall or view the sale at a later time,
1. | Press the Recall Sale button on the Toolbar, |
2. | Scroll through the list to find the desired saved sale or to find the last sale saved sale press the Ctrl-End keys together. |
3. | Press the Recall button. |
RetailEdge will then automatically open the Sales Screen, copy the items on the saved sale into the sales screen.
You can make any changes you want to the sale and then re-save it with the new information. If you post the sale then RetailEdge will ask you if you want to keep or delete the saved sale.
