Sales Management > Copying Sales

Copying sale information from the Sales Manager is useful if you want to correct a sale. You can void the first sale, copy the sale and re-post it with the correct information. Copying sales from the Customer Manager is useful for customer reorders.

From the Sales Manager

To copy sales from the Sales Manager:

1.	Press the Sales MGR button on the Toolbar.

2.	Set the First Date and Last Date to select a date range for the sale you are looking for.

3.	Select the Sale you want to copy.

4.	Press the Copy Sale button.

From the Customer Manager

To copy sales from the Customer Manager:

1.	Press the Customer button on the Toolbar.

2.	Find the customer you are looking for.

3.	Press the Items tab on the Customer Manager.

4.	Select the Sale you want to copy.

5.	Press the Copy Sale button.

RetailEdge will automatically open a Sales Screen and copy all sale information into the Sales Screen including customer, items, discount, shipping, and notes information.
