The Business Organization can adjust the names of the Customer custom user fields to be more specific to the business.

 

Changing the names here will affect the following areas.

 

•Customer Manger / Edit Customer / Custom Tab

•Customer Manager column headings and filtering options.

•Reports that use filters related to customers.

•Discount Rules based on Customer custom user field filters

•Tax Jurisdictions with exemptions based on custom user fields.

•Imports and Exports of Customer data

 

If a field needs to be reset to the basic naming convention, it can be left blank and when the Save button is selected, it will revert to the appropriate field name.
