Checking the RetailEdge Server Status

The RetailEdge Server runs as a service on the computer where the data is stored. To check that the RetailEdge Server is running:
| 1. | Open the Server folder located in the RetailEdge installation folder. |
| 2. | Start RetailEdge Server Status program. The Sever Status program is located in the RetailEdge installation folder and will display: |
•Connection Status
•Server IP Address
•Local IP Address
•Server Version
•DB Engine Version
•Server Time
•Server Run Time
•Connected Users Count
•Active Users Count
•Main Port Used
•Administrative Port Used
•Memory Used.
